Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This returns and refunds policy explains your rights and how to return products purchased from Bathroom and Tile Centre Darlington Ltd (Company Reg. 12434252).
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Have its original packaging intact
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Certain items, such as bespoke or custom-made products, are exempt from being returned unless faulty.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Reporting Damage
If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please use our /report-damage link to submit a report, including pictures of the damage and your order details. We will process your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. However, please ensure that any damage during delivery is reported within 48 hours via the /report-damage link.
