Notification of Damaged Goods:

Customers are required to inspect their items upon delivery. In the event that an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. This notification should include a detailed description of the damage and, if possible, photographic evidence. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the right to return or exchange the damaged goods.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. This includes retaining all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories or documentation. The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit and handling.

Return Process:

Customers wishing to return an item must contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Detailed instructions on how to package and where to send the returned items will be provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent). You have 14 days to request a return and refund.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they must follow the return process as outlined above. Once the return is received and inspected, the exchange item will be dispatched. If the exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment. If it is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We will clearly list these non-returnable items on our website.

Changes to the Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version of the terms will be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
